Sunday January 4th 2- 5 PM, Sun Salutation Workshop!

The Sun Salutation is a series of poses that are linked together to form a wonderfully comprehensive work out for the body. The Sun Salutation is the bedrock of many different styles of yoga. The challenge arises in that most often it goes by too quickly and yogis fail to do the poses properly this risking injury and cheating themselves of the full benefit of the series.

This workshop will dissect the pieces of the Sun Salutation so that you will be able to reap all the benefits of this marvelous exercise. Please bring the normal things to class, mat, water, perhaps extra towels and blocks if you have them.

Cost of the workshop is 30.00 in advance, 40.00 at the door.

June 2009 Tantric Yoga with Spirit Journeys

I am going to be facilitating a tantric yoga retreat in Asheville NC in June. The location Bend of Ivy Lodge is a magical place just west of Asheville. The center is a restored barn located perched on a moutainside. I was there for a retreat a while back and was amazed at the location and energy!
