The Sun Salutation is the bedrock of many different styles of yoga. The challenge arises in that most often it goes by too quickly and yogis fail to do the poses properly this risking injury and cheating themselves of the full benefit of the series.</span><br /><span style="font-family:Verdana;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:Verdana;">This workshop will dissect the pieces of the Sun Salutation so that you will be able to reap all the benefits of this marvelous exercise. The location Bend of Ivy Lodge is a magical place just west of Asheville. The center is a restored barn located perched on a moutainside.
